Dr. Beckmann Group fills key position: Sylvia Clöer becomes Head of People & Culture

Egelsbach, April 15, 2025 – The Dr. Beckmann Group, known for its wide range of products in laundry care, household cleaning, and fabric maintenance, is taking a major step forward in its modern, future-oriented growth strategy: As of April 15, 2025, Sylvia Clöer will assume the position of Head of People & Culture. With her extensive experience in international HR leadership roles, she will play a pivotal role in the further development of the company’s corporate culture, organizational structure, and employer brand.

Most recently, Sylvia Clöer held the position of Head of HR Europe & Director Group HR at Aareon AG. In this role, she was responsible for defining and implementing the group-wide HR strategy, acting as a sparring partner for both management and international subsidiaries, and leading key areas such as recruiting, employer branding, performance and talent management, change management, M&A/PMI processes, as well as all aspects of employee development and retention.
