New advisory board at delta pronatura: the management board brings four experts on board

With Ingrid Heisserer (CFO & and CHR of RTL Germany), the group welcomes the last member of the advisory board in May / Together with advisory board chair Andreas Ronken (CEO at Ritter Sport) Benjamin Ferreau (Director Corporate Innovation at Zertus GmbH) and Asmus Wolff (Managing Director Supply Chain at Ritter Sport), the panel of experts on the newly installed advisory board at delta pronatura is now complete.

Egelsbach, May 28, 2024 – delta pronatura GmbH, an internationally active family-owned company headquartered in Egelsbach, Hesse, announces another strategic innovation within the corporate group – a newly established strategic advisory board of four experts will support and advise the four-member management board, consisting of Nils Beckmann (CEO), Michael Klingel (COO), Marco Buschmeier (CMO) and Jan Zimpelmann (CFO). The advisory board will provide valuable strategic input for the company’s realignment.

Andreas Ronken, CEO of Ritter Sport, will chair the advisory board. He has been serving on the board since the end of March, alongside Benjamin Ferreau, Director Corporate Innovation at Zertus GmbH, and Asmus Wolff, Managing Director of Supply Chain at Ritter Sport. Ingrid Heisserer, CFO & CHR of RTL Germany, completes the board as a finance expert.

Well-advised through the realignment of the corporate group
Going forward, the external experts will provide strategic advice to delta pronatura's management board in regular advisory board meetings, drawing on their extensive expertise, networks, and contacts.
